This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information, as well as how you may manage such information.
Please read and fully understand this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Application. If you disagree with any content of this Privacy Policy, please stop using the Application immediately. Your voluntary use of the Application or tapping "Agree" constitutes your acceptance of all clauses of this Privacy Policy.
I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
We abide by the principles of lawfulness, justification, necessity and good‑faith. We collect and use personal information actively provided by you or automatically obtained by us during your use of the Application for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. If you decline to provide corresponding information, certain functions may become unavailable, but this will not affect your use of other functions.
(1) Basic Remote‑Control Functions
1.Information We Collect:
(1) Device network information: Wi‑Fi name (SSID), IP address, network connection status, used to discover controllable devices within the same local‑area network and establish communications;
(2) Home‑appliance device information: brand, model and unique device identifier (if any) of home‑appliance devices you bind, used for adapting remote‑control commands and displaying the device list;
(3) Operation logs: types of remote‑control commands (power on/off, temperature adjustment, volume adjustment, etc.), operation time and execution results (success / failure), used to generate operation records for your review.
2.Purpose Description: The above‑mentioned information is only used for sending remote‑control commands and feeding back status, and will not be associated with any of your account or identity identifiers.
(2) Apple ID Login and Relay Routing Function (Remote Control)
1.Information We Collect:
(1) Apple ID account information: only your Apple ID is obtained (to distinguish different users). We do not collect your Apple ID password. Your Apple ID information will not be used for any purposes other than services of this Application;
(2) Device‑binding relationship: device model, system version, device name of the relay device and local device, as well as the binding association between them;
(3) Relay‑device operating status: Wi‑Fi connection status, battery / charging status, whether the App runs in the foreground, whether the screen is locked, used to display relay‑device availability on the interface;
(4) Remote‑operation logs: execution time, command content and execution results of all remote commands (sent by local device and received by relay device) are recorded and displayed synchronously on both the local device and relay device.
2.Purpose Description: The above‑mentioned information is used to complete relay‑device binding, maintain remote‑control links, diagnose abnormal status and provide repair guidance.
3.Special Reminder: The relay device shall keep its screen on and run the App in the foreground. You acknowledge that such usage may increase power consumption and screen wear of the device.
(3) Geofence Automation Function
1.Information We Collect:
(1) Precise location information (GPS / network‑based positioning): We continuously obtain your device location information only after you voluntarily enable the geofence function and grant the "Always Allow" background location permission;
(2) Home address setting: Your current location will be automatically acquired and set as the default home address upon first authorization for positioning, which you may modify manually;
(3) Trigger‑event logs: trigger time of each entry into / exit from the geofence, executed automated commands and their results.
2.Purpose Description: Used to determine whether you enter or leave the home area so as to trigger preset air‑conditioning control commands.
3.Permission Description: You need to grant the "Always Allow" permission in iOS system settings. If only the "While Using the App" permission is granted, the Application cannot obtain location in the background and the automation function will fail. You may disable location permission in system settings at any time; after disabling, the Application will stop collecting location information and automatically suspend the geofence function.
1.Information We Collect:
(1) Shortcut‑command configuration information: mappings between pre‑set Siri shortcut‑command names and corresponding operations within the Application;
(2) Command‑execution records: content, time and results of commands triggered via Siri.
2.Purpose Description: Shortcut‑command configurations are only used to respond to Siri voice calls; command‑execution records are stored locally for your review only.
1.Information We Collect: Only your device push token (Device Token) is used for sending push notifications; no personal information other than notification content is collected.
2.Permission Description: You may disable notification permission in system settings at any time. After disabling, you will no longer receive important status reminders, while other functions remain unaffected.
